Job Summary
Under general supervision of the Director of the Disability Resource Center, the Support Services Coordinator performs a variety of administrative and coordinator responsibilities to assist students supported by the Disability Resource Center.
The position is assigned to the AM shift and coordinates the offering of an array of auxiliary aids and services provided to students with disabilities, including but not limited to, alternative testing and alternative media services.
This position will hire, train, schedule, provide oversight, and evaluate dozens of service providers (student assistants).
Department Summary
The Disability Resource Center (DRC) is a central service unit within Student Affairs. The DRC consults with the campus community to promote welcoming environments and facilitate equal opportunity for students with disabilities in their academic courses, campus services, and all student programs and activities.
The DRC collaborates with students to identify and eliminate potential and real barriers to accessibility by promoting inclusive design, providing reasonable accommodations, and assessing effectiveness.

Classification Range : $46,380 - $76,032 Per Year
